Employee Killed When Load Of Cargo Falls On Him

Employee #1 was killed when a load of cargo fell on him as he and a coworker were removing a load off the fork lift. He was taking the straps and tarp off a load while the fork lift operator was removing a load from the other side. The forks of fork lift hit the load and the cargo fell on Employee #1 killing him.
