Employee Killed When Struck By Vehicle

A lettuce truck that was backing up in a furrow struck and killed Employee #1. Employee #1 was advised to get out of the way and did so; however, he reentered the path of the vehicle and was run over. Employee #1 was pronounced dead at the scene.
