Employee run over by forklift

At approximately 3:00 p.m. on March 24, 2000, a truck driver was unloading pallets of cased frozen potatoes. As he was rewrapping a pallet, he was run over by a forklift. He suffered a fractured foot and leg, and was hospitalized.
