Employee's knee injured when staple gun slips

Employee #1 was using 1 1/2 in. long staples and a pneumatic stapler at 85 to 100 psi to attach 7/16 in. thick OSB (Oriented Strand Board) to a framed wall that was being built before it was raised. He was kneeling when he pressed down and a staple fired into his knee. Employee #1 stated that the staple gun slipped as he pulled the trigger.
