Investigation Summary
At approximately 8:30 p.m. on December 23, 2000, Employee #1 was restocking pillows from a platform ladder when she lost her balance and fell. She fell approximately 8-ft to the ground. Another employee found her lying on her left side and in an unconscious state. Emergency medical services were summoned and transported her to the hospital for observation and treatment. She was hospitalized for two days to provide medical care for her fractures sustained in the fall.
