Employee falls from roof

Employee #1 was laying tarpaper on the back side of the house, 18 ft high with no fall protection. He was using a slap stapler and his feet were against a 2-in. by 4-in. chicken board. Employee #1 began to slide off of the roof, and then fell to the ground. He received bruises, contusions and abrasions.
