Employee Fractures Neck After Scaffold Collapsed

Employee #1 fractured his neck when the scaffold collapsed falling 14-20 feet. He apparently stepped on a 2-foot by 4-foot board that was nailed horizontally into the house. The board was in place prior to work on this day. Employee #1 went to a local hospital to have a disk placed in his neck.
