Employee killed in fall from window of moving pickup

Employee #1 was driving a company pickup truck with two coworkers riding with him. For some reason, he attempted to reach out the driver's side window into the bed of the pickup while the truck was moving. As he leaned out the window, he lost his balance fell out onto the roadway. Employee #1 was killed.
