Investigation Summary
At approximately 8:00 a.m. on March 17, 2000, an employee was killed as the result of a motor vehicle accident. The employee was driving on a forest road after leaving the construction site, when he drove off the road and rolled his truck down a slope. The employee was ejected from the cab of the truck and was discovered by a coworker approximately 150 ft from the roadway. The employee was deceased at the time he was discovered.
