Employee falls from bed of truck and fractures his kneecap

Approximately 10:00 a.m. on February 3, 2000, Employee #1 was leveling chips in the back of a chip truck which had accumulated over a two day period. As he climbed out of the truck bed he swung his leg over the rail. He was trying to find a hold for his foot when he slipped and fell. He landed on his right kneecap, fracturing it and was hospitalized.
