Employee Bruised - Pinned Between Fork Lift and Trailer

On December 16, 1999, Employee #1 suffered from bruises when the fork lift he was using rolled forward and pinned him between the fork lift and the trailer. He was unloading items from a flat bed trailer. Apparently, he was adjusting some product. As he was making the adjustments, the fork lift he had been operating rolled forward and pinned him between the fork lift and the trailer. He went to a local hospital for treatment.
