Employee injured after house slips during jacking operation

On November 23, 1999, two employees were using jacks to raise a house for foundation work. While raising the house, the house shifted and fell from the 4 ft by 4 ft support posts and trapped Employee #1 under the house. The employee was admitted to the hospital with a cracked right pelvis.
