Employee's foot injured when run over by forklift

An employee was working by assembly line Number 2 stacking batteries onto a pallet. The employee stepped away from work area, and into the path of a forklift. The forklift ran over the right foot of the employee, which resulted in fractures and dislocations of bones in the right foot.
