Employee killed when crushed between truck and trailer

At 6:32 a.m. on November 21, 2000, Employee #1, a truck driver working for P.B. Industries was dispatched to pick up an empty trailer container from Indian Freightways, Inc. Employee #1 was inadvertently caught between the tractor truck and the other trailer, sustaining injuries that were fatal.
