ELECTRIC SHOCK - CONTACT WITH OVERHEAD LINE THRU DUMP BED

An employee was operating a semi dump trailer. He drove his truck forward with the trailer raised, and the trailer contacted a 7200-volt overhead power line. The employee was electrocuted.
