Employee dies of an apparent heart attack

At approximately 3:30 p.m., Employee #1 told coworkers that he was not feeling well, and that he'd been told he could leave work early. Approximately four hours later, Employee #1 was found by a coworker, who called 911. He had died of an apparent heart attack (King County Medical Examiner's report #99-1316; police case #99-480887).
