Two employees die of asphyxia in naptha tank

Employee #1, of Phoenix Gas Transport, entered the tank of an over-the-road tractor trailer that had been hauling naphtha the previous day. He was repairing a level gauge when he was overcome and collapse. Employee #2 entered the tank to rescue him when he, too, was overcome. Both men died of asphyxia.
