Employee killed in fall from scaffold

Employee #1 had finished laying brick for the day and was walking along the scaffold when, according to a witness, he apparently became disoriented and walked off the scaffold. Employee #1 fell 7 ft to the ground and suffered head injuries that resulted in his death.
