Employee Cut On Arm While Installing Knives In Router

Employee #1, an employee of Whittier Wood Products Company, was cut on the arm by a knife that struck him while he was installing carbide tipped knives and cutters in a large Heian router. He stepped to the side and started the router. As the router began feeding in wood, one of the knives flung outward striking him in the arm. He went to a local hospital for treatment.
