Investigation Summary
Employee #1 was working with the owner of the building and one other employee installing trusses. The owner lost control of the top edge of the roof truss and it moved throwing Employee #1 off balance. Employee #1 jumped 10 ft 4.5 in. to the concrete floor. Employee #1 broke both heels and was hospitalized for his injuries.
