Employee Dies When Crushed Between Two Trailers

Employee #1, a truck driver, died when he was crushed between two trailers. He walked between two trailers to crank up the landing gear of the one he was about to drive away. The other trailer tipped over into the one he was to drive away, crushing him between the two. He died upon impact.
