EMPLOYEE KILLED IN FALL FROM AERIAL PLATFORM

A telephone line worker was working from a platform on a utility pole. He was in front of a cross-box terminal. The employee, who was not wearing his body belt, lost his balance and fell from the platform to the concrete sidewalk. He suffered fatal blunt impact injuries to his head and body.
