Employee injured from fall from stacked boxes

An employee was retrieving a personal recreational vehicle hitch from a shelf where it was being stored. He climbed up on some boxes that were stacked in front of the shelf and fell approximately 10 ft. He cracked three ribs, cut his elbow, and bruised a kidney.
