Employee Had Concussion After Driving Truck Into Brick Wall

Employee #1 had a concussion when he drove his fork lift truck into a brick wall. The wall collapsed. Apparently, the fork lift did not have working brakes. This is the third fork lift incident in two days. He went to a local hospital for treatment.
