Investigation Summary
At approximately 11:09 a.m. on December 26, 1999, Employees #1 through #3 of Bend Fire Department were injured in a motor vehicle accident. They were responding to an unrelated serious motor vehicle accident. The responding vehicle slid out of control on the icy road surface, rolling over onto its left side nearly 1.5 times. All three employees in the responding vehicle sustained a concussion and were hospitalized.
