Employee injured due to fall from scaffold

On or about 11:00 a.m. on June 19, 1999, an employee of Crown Pacific was working on a scaffold and in the process of changing a hydraulic cylinder on the small head rig. The employee was not wearing fall protection nor was a proper guard rail in place around the scaffold. The employee fell from the scaffold and sustained multiple bruises to both arms, back and legs.
