Employee Dies of Heart Attack

Employee #1's job task for the shift was to repair or replace bearings and bushing in wheel assemblies for the rolling roof. While awaiting the arrival of another wheel assembly, Employee #1 was found unresponsive in his work vehicle. Employee #1 died of a presumed heart attack.
