Employee Was Struck And Killed By A Forklift

At approximately 8:30 p.m. on February 24, 2000, Employee #1 was standing by his lift truck when another lift truck pushing a buggy struck him and crushing him between the load and the rear of the lift truck resulting in massive internal injuries. Employee #1 died approximately a week later as a result of the injuries. The victim was apparently securing the propane cylinder on the rear of the lift truck.
