Employee killed in fall through skylight

Employee #1 and coworkers were on a roof, installing a wire grid system to combat a seagull problem. Employee #1 was walking backward while measuring for the next bracket when he tripped and fell approximately 29 ft through a skylight onto a concrete floor. He was transported by Life Flight to the hospital, where he died on October 17, 1999.
