Employee killed in fall when truck strikes lift bucket

Employee #1 was in the bucket of a lift truck running electrical conduit under a bridge to a changeable message sign. The lift bucket was struck by the air spoiler of a semi-truck, ejecting Employee #1 onto the pavement. He was killed by injuries sustained in the fall.
