Two employees injured in trench cave-in

Employees #1 and #2 were in an over 7 ft deep trench, testing a new water line for leaks. The vertical wall on the road side of the trench collapsed, burying both workers up to their ribs. They suffered contusions and other minor injuries, for which they were treated and released.
