ELECTRIC SHOCK - DIRECT CONTACT WITH OVERHEAD LINE

A power line worker was repairing a downed overhead power line. He received an electric shock when he touched an energized 7200-volt conductor that he though was deenergized even though he had not tested it. He was hospitalized for his injuries.
