Employee Dies from Heart Attack

At 9:30 a.m. on November 1, 2002, Employee #1 was doing clerical and administrative work. She collapsed and was taken to the facility's Emergency Room. She was pronounced dead at 10:14 a.m. after she did not respond to any treatments. The Medical Examiner believes she died from Interstitial Myocarditis and Intramural Coronary Artery Disease with Fatal Cardiac Arrthythmia (Heart Attack).
