Employee Involved In Traffic Accident And Drowning

Employee #1 was operating a sweeper the day of the accident. Employee #1 was moving the sweeper across a bridge within the barricades. A truck was crossing the bridge and lost its trailer. The trailer struck Employee #1 knocking him into the water. Employee #1 drowned.
