Employee Dies When Struck By A Falling Tree

Employee #1 died following a concussion when he was struck by a falling tree. Employee #1 was topping and limbing a tree when another tree fell on him. Another coworker was operating a John Deere tree cutting machine. Employee #1 was working near this tree cutting machine. The coworker began to cut a tree. However, the hydraulic arms missed the tree, and the tree fell on Employee #1 killing him.
