Employee killed when crushed between trailers

At approximately 1:45 p.m. on October 29, 1999, Employee #1, a truck driver, was detaching his tractor trailer next to a scrap iron trailer inside the plant. The sling on the overhead crane seized the side of the scrap trailer, lifting it sideways. Employee #1 became caught between the two trailers and was killed.
