Employee is killed when he runs into parked trailer

At approximately 12:30 p.m., Employee #1 was operating a pickup truck equipped with a street sweeper broom and vacuum in a parking lot at a trucking distribution warehouse. He ran under the front corner of a parked trailer. The left corner of the truck cab was smashed into Employee #1, crushing his head against the back of the cab and killing him.
