ELECTRIC SHOCK - DIRECT CONTACT WITH OVERHEAD LINE

A power line crew was adding a phase to an existing 7200-volt single-phase system. A power line worker on the crew was working from an aerial lift, moving a tap down the pole to facilitate the addition of a crossarm. He contacted the overhead power line and was electrocuted.
