Investigation Summary
Employee #1 and a coworker were unloading and attempting to store four marble slabs. Once the slabs had been lowered to the ground, Employee #1 was supporting the slabs in a vertical position. The four slabs tilted and fell sideways pinning Employee #1 against the slabs that were stored behind him. Employee #1 died as a result of the injuries received.
