Investigation Summary
Two roofers were dismantling an aluminum pump-jack scaffold. As they were lowering one of the pump-jack poles, the top of the pole contacted a 14.4-kilovolt overhead power line. One of the employees was electrocuted. The other employee received an electric shock. He was hospitalized for his injuries.
