Employee injured in fall from scaffold

Employee #1 and a coworker were on a fabricated frame scaffold, using a gas-powered brick saw to cut holes in a wall. Employee #1 was leaning out, holding onto the scaffold by wrapping his leg around the crossbrace when he slipped. He fell to the ground between the scaffold and the wall, sustaining injuries that required hospitalization.
