Employee killed when thrown from forklift basket

Employee #1 was spray-washing the exterior of the finished masonry wall of a new school. A coworker was driving a forklift while Employee #1 was in a basket attached to the forks. He was spraying down the wall that was approximately 30 feet tall when the forklift tipped over. Employee #1 was thrown from the lift and fell approximately 20 feet to the hard packed ground and was killed.
