Employee Fractures Foot and Leg When Ladder Tips Over

At approximately 9:30 a.m. on October 21, 2004, Employee #1 was working alone at a single family residence. He was working from an 8-ft stepladder and was standing on the third step from the top. The ladder tipped over and fell. Employee #1 was hospitalized with a fractured right foot and leg.
