Employee killed when crushed by truck

On June 14, 2002, Employee #1, a truck driver with Quik Pick Express, was standing on the ground below loading dock number 4. A second driver was positioning a truck with a trailer at loading dock number 3. After stopping to open the trailer's rear doors, the second driver noticed Employee #1 near loading dock number 4. The second driver continued backing into loading dock number 3, striking Employee #1, and killing him.
