Employee Is Injured When Caught in Rebar

Tow workers were removing rigging from bridge forms when the forms started to tip. While restraining the forms Employee #1 inadvertently stuck his foot into a rebar mat. Employee #1's ankle was twisted and fractured. Employee #1 was hospitalized for treatment of the fracture. Another employee was slightly injured, suffering a bruised thigh, but the original report gave no information about the second employee.
