Investigation Summary
A 47-year-old maintenance mechanic was troubleshooting a bottle-filling machine. He reached into an electrical cabinet to test circuit breakers when he lost consciousness and died. It was initially believed that he had contacted 480-volt circuit parts. However, the coroner ruled the death a heart attack, as there was no evidence of electric shock.
