EMPLOYEE FRACTURES BONES DURING CRANE DISASSEMBLY

At approximately 7:30 a.m. on May 7, 1998, Employee #1 fractured some bones during a disassembly of a link-belted, truck-mounted, lattice-boom crane. The pins were knocked out of the boom causing the boom to fall on him. Employee #1 was seriously injured and hospitalized.
