Employee Is Injured in Fall from Roof

At approximately 8:50 a.m. on March 1, 2004 , Employee #1, a roofer, was working at a construction site for new homes. He was standing on the edge of the roof putting the first line of tile on the roof. When turning, he slipped on a wet tile and fell 12 ft to the ground. He sustained a nose and facial contusion and fractured left wrist. He was hospitalized for five days.
