Employee fractured his leg

Two employees were moving a drywall dolly on a construction site. The dolly was being moved over a concrete floor with small floor openings. One of the wheels of the dolly fell into one of the small floor openings as it was being pushed. The dolly came to an abrupt stop and fell over onto one of the employees. He was transported to the hospital where he was treated for a fractured leg.
