Employee's ankle injured when nail gun discharges

Employee #1 was using a pneumatic nail gun when its air hose became entangled. As he was untangling it, the nail gun pressed against his Nike hightop shoe and the trigger was accidentally struck, firing a nail into his ankle. Employee #1 sustained a puncture wound, for which he received a tetanus shot.
